Have the SSD purchased in April 2013 and built into a desktop PC with adequate ventilation for the drive. The performance of the disk "was" truly amazing. Unfortunately, it was no longer detected in mid-August by the BIOS. The incorporation into an external SATA enclosure and attempt to connect to another PC showed that the disk is defective. The faulty disk was then the seller (Amazon Marketplace) sent back to SanDisk and SanDisk has then full four weeks required to credit the seller the purchase price. All in all, the very unsatisfactory and I will therefore take in future SanDisk plates distance. Luckily, there are alternatives, whether the are better but will only turn out.
