My printer OfficeJet Pro 8500A Plus more printed the color black, and yellow was moderately visible. Yet all quantities of inks were well enough and relatively new. I tried to clean the printer head black / yellow with various videos on youtube visible (some dive in very hot water, let it dry ..) ca visually appeared to clean the print head, but ... Yet continued alignment to fail. My last chance before buying another printer was thus a new head of black / yellow printing. EXPENSIVE attempt but less than a new printer. Product conforms to the picture and the description. Product installed carefree Quick Install (6 times shake before unpacking, insert into printer). And now finally my printer prints again, black and yellow are printed perfectly!
ps: I still do not manage to align (alignment failed), but it probably concerns the second head of impression will also change soon.
