Senseo user of for at least 4 years, I decided to offer me this one for a very trendy look. Getting Started, I make more rinses. Cafes are undrinkable, burnt plastic taste ... a horror. I refer the coffee. Upon receipt of the second, no taste worries. All is well, until my coffee espresso become a super tight, the following projects from the cup, in short impossible to have twice the same coffee and especially a quality coffee. I descales as advocated by the notice, nothing to do (plus I do not have a scale in my area). After returning the coffee to sav phillips, no change. I contacted Amazon who does not mind and replaces it with a new one to me. This dernère will not let me respite, it makes me feel good too long when I make coffee and two cups of espresso just 1 cm if I want one coffee !!! I crack, For me, it's over with this generation Senseo. Only positive: Amazon that really provides after sale.
