First, the executive summary of the evaluation:
- 3D effect: Excellent
- 2D Operation: Extremely bright by default, you but regulates this little run also excellent.

In order for 3D gaming. I'll put it straight: This area makes the NVIDIA / Acer team what no one before. I tested the monitor while mainly on PC but also on a PS3.
The tests on the PS3 lack many 3D-capable console games rather briefly. Only Gran Tourismo 5 and Wipeout HD were to me for testing purposes.
Wipeout as the first test tracks was definitely impressive, but so be quick games incredibly fast exhausting in 3D. Especially at the beginning of 3D time you need relatively frequent breaks.
After that GT5's turn. This I had also been able to play on a Sony Bravia 3D. Fun had it at the time, thanks to heavy ghosting no, according to my expectations were low. Slightly disappointed by the results so far, I switched back to the PC. I knew then that the 3D representation of PC games require up to twice the processing power of the graphics card, I decided with a slightly older titles begin to exclude any loss of quality by the graphics card.
Test object was about GTR 2, a somewhat getting on in the daily simulation racer.
I'll spare it here Ohhh's and Ahhhh's all play and limit myself to the statement: Genial!
