Hello, the Actifry Family is indeed only been a good week in my kitchen, but I have been experimenting with it every day and do not have anything negative found out that I had to rearrange completely my kitchen in order to provide an appropriate place for this "monster". What I have also tried (such as TK-oven fries, selbstgeschnippelte potato wedges, mixed vegetables with shrimp, mushrooms with garlic sauce ...), everything is wonderful succeeded, the TK-fries even without oil additive (included as oven chips already fat) were to classes better than cooked from the oven, the vegetables with a tiny puddle of olive oil (you can probably leave it out entirely?), tasted even after himself and not by totgekochtem greenery, the mushrooms were just awesome .... I want this device now not to miss.
That one should not prepare breaded, as we read in another review, I had already thought of me, although in the included booklet also describes such a thing .... a shame, but you can live with. Breading need really is more fat to bake properly.
As for the cooking times and the zuzufügende amount of oil which are described in the books, I rely as dear to my own intuition, give significantly less oil and watch the cooking process until I have collected their own experience, because I have no desire on dry and hard fries or overcooked vegetables - but this is not met me in the last week. I'm going to reduce the amount of oil in some dishes even further, to maybe someday all do without.
