3D TV Monitor newest model LG 27MT93S

Let the excellent customer service from Amazon again left out (as always very good) -
The device is excellent in itself.
Image Quallität very well both as a TV and Monitor
very suitable for video / image processing on a PC
3D excellent (pole technology)
But now I have to tough criticism of the Lg Kundensevice (or even induce ... !!) make:
on the product side is with TriDef software but advertised in this device, this software is not included. All predecessors from LG it was always there !!!
So the customer must purchase additional software to the 3D monitor / TV to operate properly on the PC !!!
Actually, a scandal-it cost me 4 calls at LG and a Geräteaustauch (Amazon without problems)
to learn that.
Unfortunately, another proof how LG makes an ingenious device unsaleable !!!
Since I had PowerDVD 14 on the PC and the freeware Bino is the loss for me not so serious but very annoying.
Otherwise the device is to recomand who is willing to invest in additional software (approx 40-60) or who, for example, the freeware Bino is satisfied very well served at diesm Monitor.
Tip to Lg marketing department: you can the money saved for training as I create customer loyalty spend !!
