I was offered this book, and I admit I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the work. The recipes are not complicated to do, and are varied, we find that not necessarily greasy things as you would expect when talking about American cuisines. I tested a lot of recipes in this book, which I do for the moment never disappointed. So I advise anyone wishing to buy a recipe book on New York. In addition to providing truly appetizing recipes, easy to make, Grossmann, we wrote a short introduction on the dishes, and I think it gives even more charm to the book.
