The LEDs hang with me in a ceiling lamp. There were previously 6 halogen spotlight (Osram) a 20 Watt it (color temperature 3000K, 300 Lumen).
I have replaced the LEDs and am bitter disappointment. I've not expecting much (LEDs stop), but the result surpasses all fears: The LEDs are not warm white; you get them chills. The 320 lumen are a bad joke, the lights are much darker and funzeliger than 20W halogen spotlight.

Bah yuck that immediately come out of there before it starts here in the apartment to snow ...

UPDATE 29/05/2015: If you connect the lamps to a DC transformer, they are slightly lighter and do not flicker (with me by the way they have not even flickered at 12V AC). Probably because of the losses, if any LED has to transform the AC separately at DC. However, the LEDs are of course just as cold.
But what has surprised me: The lamps are combined 12VDC transformer -> 12V DC dimmer -> LEDs actually dimmed.

Nevertheless, the cold white and also quite weak light is not for a dining room table.
