Everything is in the title. Six meters and two walls (fine) separate the machine that this WiFi adapter is installed my router and ... nothing. Could be it as opening a web page!
Yet another machine installed in an even more remote room captures very well the WiFi (but with a PCI card with external antenna).

In short, if you need to connect to a router staying at 50cm of it, it's a good solution ... if you really want the network: forget!
