Generally I do not post comments, but this time I believe it fitting to say how much my husband and I were amazed by the results disconcerting daily respiration sessions after just one week. That is now a month since we practice, I happened to cry for no reason suddenly to be crippled by cold, but overall I feel lighter, more agile, I also feel more conciliatory.
Of course this process requires attendance, which is not always easy. But that small daily investment worth the enormous profits derived from it, get rid of certain memories and impressions that obscure our existence.
