I write my review on this product several months after receiving it to give an objective opinion after dozens of uses. So I ordered this electric grill for the opportunity to grill, since I live in an apartment without terrace can not thus make real barbecued. Positives: -The Broadcaster "firewood" is really the point where there instead of wood chips (a sample is provided, which is not specified in the description and can be ordered on the internet, Brand: barbecook) and although the meat takes much the smell of wood, so the diffuser "firewood" is not a gimmick without interest. -The Window well protects from splashes (and sépargnant a laborious cleaning her kitchen) -The Incline grill combined with fat drip tray eliminates a problem that tormented me when I was considering the purchase of an indoor grill smoke ... well I can assure you that there is virtually no smoke and even less than a traditional pan-frying, this is an important point for me for the reason that my kitchen is open overlooking the lounge and moreover not equipped with extractor hood . -The Cleaning: very simple and fast, the different parts of the grill easily removed, over the cooking plate is non-stick allowing cleaning without scrubbing with a sponge for hours.
Negative points: -the price quite high anyway -The Cooking, and there big worry ... this grill heats up quickly indeed but not for long, for short: it lights, heater, hot, goes out, comes back ... etc so on .. .conséquence? Allow half an hour to toast two merguez ... to give my opinion I would say that I do not regret my purchase and I use it very often (3/4 times a week) I am satisfied.
