I find the books of Anne-Sophie very well made, well presented with beautiful photographs that make it easy to make recipes of the same quality for beginner (s) to which I belong with ever more (such as adding a particular spice , learn new combinations of products to sublimate the taste) and when you have no professional tool, it explains what else ... It's a treat.
