A beautiful display of color possibilities; However, no simple and concrete advice on chromotherapy.
The book by Maurice Chavelli the Pardes Publishing (bA Ba chromotherapy) and that of dr. Agrapart Dangles seems to correspond more to the concept of care.
This book is not unpleasant but nothing is really searched and the "New Age" side is a little too far for my taste. But I do not regret this purchase even if I was hoping something more therapeutic.
