A blast !! 1

After reading a very positive review of German angst in music magazine Visions, I ordered the CD of me until then completely unknown band from Kiel.
At the very first hearing I had to say: This CD is a killer! However, I have waited a few weeks and a few runs in the CD player before I wrote a review. It occurs, often that hear the good first impression of a CD after only a couple of times again evaporates. However, unlike in German Angst, on the contrary - it gets better!
"Sick Kid '85" suggests what a zukommt.Dröhnender punk rock in the vein of Turbonegro or Bones, only a trace härter.Die vocals alternate between a sound like Elvis on speed and Nick Holmes of Paradise Lost. The madness-catchy "Alligator Rodeo", the brutal "Hate Kill Destroy" and the excellent "Dancing with the Dead" set then still one better! To enumerate all the songs would now lead to far, each individual has class and pops out!
It remains only to hope that Smoke Blow can remain on the ball and keep this level, because such Albums good times.
