By focusing the entire French police policy on culture figure, Nicolas Sarkozy, Brice Hortefeux Claude Gueant and have been consistently distort the statistics, or at least, not to show that the aspects that were arranging them. Arrange with numbers has certainly always done, but it is healthy that one day or another someone decides to look at exactly what is hidden under the carpet and there ... the result is scary.
What will become of the author's conclusions, no one knows today, but that's an objective way to engage the debate on the real state of crime in our country and the responses to it before citizens themselves decide to make with all the predictable excesses that may have this kind of extreme decision.
