The book has been a gift to my wife. After consultation with her I can abstract give a feedback on the article. The issue comprises a kind motivational training and self-therapy of internal unrest, based on religious aspects of Islam. Here elements of Mevlevi Sufism are taught as a method simple and understandable to the reader. However, should not exceed a further work of the author Ugur Kosar, "Allah de ve ötesini Birak" this book. Hence only four stars for rating. In summary, the book is a little literature for every man. Not necessarily a source of scientifically active readers but may help and support for readers with special fragile heart to reconstruct lost, forgotten or new relationships in life can again. Personally, I have read the popular book "Allah de ve ötesini Birak" the author and do not necessarily reflect my preference as literature. Nevertheless, I can confirm that the author can help for feelings of happiness because of the mystical writing style and the very simple and understandable defined message to inner peace in connection with Islam, many readers.
