Well, actually a great lens, super compact and quite useful focal range for everyday wear. Unfortunately, my copy at 3 different cameras (2x GX1, 1x GF1) has exactly the geleichen problems, as already described in various forums. In telephoto (26-42mm) it is simply a matter of luck, when a photo is sharp. Whether with or without OIS, sometimes the photos are sharp, sometimes they are significantly blurred. A recognizable "pattern" does not exist unfortunately. Only sec at very high shutter speeds from 1/320. or even shorter it seems not to have the focus problems - which you then do not need a more OIS. Interestingly, it is in wide angle (14mm) almost always sharp and also quite acceptable level (also have the 14mm / 2.5 and the differences are not very big). One can certainly take countermeasures with Lightroom or similar software a bit, but it will always remain a little muddy impression. Films on video, it is however great, because I could not notice the problems until now and the motor zoom is very helpful. Because I want to use it mainly as a video lens, I will keep it well also. When taking pictures, it is unfortunately a capricious Diva. The problem should now be known and I'm curious if it could just gives another firmware update in the near future Panasonic. Even a small addendum: It is with this objective in fact so that at the telephoto end, all pictures are taken with shutter speeds from 1/100 to 1/200 of focus and become mushy. The border area is a 1/80 or a 1 / 250.Das same motif with a longer (1/60) or faster shutter speed (1/320) is added sharply.
