Supplement 1, after 2 months of operation:
Now 2 days ago the part stops working sporadically can the microwave switch or not.
So call the LG Service, there I was told that one wants to get in touch for repair, all savvy.
After a few days I got a call from the service company and was told that they only had to buy the spare parts and would let me know.
After a week nothing happened I called again at LG, there did not when the part finally arrives or otherwise, one would but ask and let me know in the next 2 days. Again nothing happened. So today called again and again the Lord knew from LG Service not what's going on with the replacement part and was about to inquire of his colleague.
After a holding reply, the mate would just talking and we must take care of first. You register with me.
I'm really the channel of LG fully. I'm curious times what happens and how long I'll still put off.
Above all, I wonder what if the replacement part is the wrong thing because the Techiker only suspected something going on but no one has the equipment checked.
Well then.
Meanwhile, around 4 weeks and yesterday a technician has entlich times gathered with me. Super friendly and quite competent repair was carried out quickly. So that part is running again as it should, prima.
When I asked why this took so long, the technician said the said spare parts was not available when my device is very new on the market yet, oh well. As a rule, the engineer should have resolved in about 2-3 days the disorder. This one has me in between times not informed he was not exactly well and said he would again appeal significantly.
Will hope times that I be spared in future repairs, or at least in serious cases the service works better.
However, what makes me happy is the fact that now only quietly beeps the microwave and no longer are those loud sounds. After all, what good.
