I'll take it this straight to the point:

2. easy to read (large numbers) +
3. soft drive (for's nap) +
4. ringer is loud enough, but not too bright +
5. Good hand metallic size (diameter 7cm / height 4cm) +
6. noble design +
7. solid and robust +
8. closely (for a kitchen clock) +

Conclusion: Finally a kitchen clock that does not occur as a chicken or egg in a cheap looking plastic garment. A kitchen clock that can be read without reading aid. Did not think that'll be amazed I even from a "simple" kitchen clock, but it is: I am thrilled - class device = BUY!
