This spatula from RÖSLE is worth the money, it is a heavy metal version can be located with the larger amounts of fried food contact beautifully and slide. Through the silicone coating of the flipper will not scratch the pan and is easy to clean. Strong buy recommendation on my part if you want to have a good stable spatula for coated pans.
