A crash problem accessories

Product might crush its accessories during transport. In our case, this led to an exchange of emails with Amazon not fruitful.
We wanted to keep it safe and buy back at our expense a small accessory box (2-3 euros) to prevent the exchange procedure and the difficulty of packing a product as heavy (about 60 kg).
