The instrument itself has received good reviews, so I bought it to me also. The trigger was that I wanted to renew joints in the bathroom. The delivery and packaging is perfectly fine. However, I have sent the device back! Why: I needed the Mörtelraspel for the joints, which is not included in the package. Unfortunately, the ratings for the original are not so great. Ok. I thought, look at WWW. Result: I have not found one who was satisfied with the Mörtelraspel. And to use an adapter for alternative products, it I really do not feel like. The device is unused back to Amazon. Thanks to Amazon at this point for the generous customer flow. Am back "blue" landed at Bosch, also on Amazon.
