Currently apparently problems with parts / accessories

It currently lacks a connecting element, which connects the upper bar (during assembly) with the heating head. As a result, the device can be used, unfortunately, not at all.

On demand from Amazon, you told me that already "several" customers have since reported problem. An evaluation of the Warenbesatndes is currently underway. A subsequent delivery of the missing part was not possible. They gave me a phone number then the sales unit company and told me to ask myself as to whether I can purchase the connector. One would come duck against priced me then. Unfortunately, no one goes to it under the specified number and the specified contact number on their website. Means to me: Wait and hope that Amazon will solve the problem. Otherwise return shipping.

(Partial somewhat poorer quality of screws and predrilled holes, so some screws spin. Overall, however, solidly built and is stable so far (without head) there. It consists of 3 bars (optional 2 or attachment to the wall). Each Stang is 3 screws fixed to the next Connector.

! The weight / base plate is below relatively sharp, but a positive way "relatively" difficult.

Screws and anchors are for wall mounting case.
