This book is to read and reread. It allowed me to question me really, I mean emotionally on my fears about what lives in me. It allowed me to not be afraid of my fears and contrary to mine, essential to my development allies.

I had never read a book as deep, fun and affordable on a dense and rich subject. The testimonies and practices are for me source of hope and allow me to make more sense on "theories and concepts." I appropriate this book, I find myself in each of the testimonies, at different levels, of course, but I could identify me and transform me.
