The pan is very well made, fits comfortably in your hand and is not too heavy, the coating is after eight months of use as the first day. It burns to nothing, keeps the coat and the pan can be easily moved by hand with mostly just water clean, if not harm Spüli not the coating! In use very little oil / fat is needed, provides very good frying results (without burning) and takes the flavor after cleaning (fish - meat) of previous material for frying not to (as common in cast iron pans). Are very satisfied and I would buy again. For me this is definitely five stars
