A favorable natural product that helps

Had ever a dyspepsia, sour belching, too much air in the stomach, and thus indigestion / pain of the worst kind. And that over years. My quality of life suffered greatly. They recommended me give it a try with flaxseed. Lo and behold, almost overnight it went my stomach and thus my holistic quality of life much better. Even if it is a "disreputable" theme, the stool was now regularly, my stomach flat, the embarrassing bloating disappeared. Every morning I unterrühre about 2 tablespoons coarsely ground flaxseed in a serving of low-fat quark, this little honey. Tastes good, saturates and is simply healthy. Fiber and these Omega-3 fatty acids do the rest to start with a good feeling to the day. Of course, I neglect the supply of enough liquid not (a bottle of water and a cup of tea in the morning), because the linseed is supposed to swell mucous in the intestine, the intestinal wall stretch.

Since living in a rural area, the availability of coarsely ground linseed of Schapfenmühle is not guaranteed (the product of a different brand locally cost twice as much!). It offered to order a box of 11 packets a 200 g through Amazon. This corresponds to my year's supply. The goods delivered by the end of October 2012 Stable (08.Nov.2011 ordered), packaged in white plastic bags and provided with carton. Opened package I give in a hermetically sealable box for practical portioning. Tried by the same company and "flaxseed whole", here the grains are still closed, you have to nibble a little more to it. The positive health effect is with me the same as with coarsely ground flaxseed.

The quality of grain this agent has over the years remained the same good (DLG awarded "Gold Prize" 2011). So I can with a clear conscience recommend anyone there even with this favorable natural product to try the aptly described by my symptoms. Preferably before you can turn on by some "pill-moving" expensive medicine and "miracle cure". The days of "hose swallow" and colonoscopies I do not want be able to experience it again. Nature knows how to help, nature has helped me! But thank you to Mother Nature, and "Father white coat" can I go to hell as far as the digestion. ;-)
