A few critical points

Why I wanted to buy a new food processor? To the 15 year old, brown Combimax 600 to be replaced by a machine with at least the same functions and the possibility to have to knead the dough machine.

To even begin directly with the negative points: the Bosch MUM56s40 machine does mechanically very hard with the bread basic recipe from the owner's manual, 750 g (wheat) flour (type 405) and 450-500 ml of warm water. It keeps the load hardly, and the entire construct begins to move itself in all directions. On YouTube circulate videos that demonstrate this phenomenon clearly; eventually will break or damaged gearbox. Conclusion: for kneading bread dough, the machine is therefore unsuitable: a clear deduction of at least one star. I instead have to buy for kneading a solid hand mixer to 60.- Euro.

As mentioned by another reviewer, in this embodiment of multimixer (MUZ5MM1) - the part with the rotary blade in a closed bowl - not there. It is by default not included, which is available only for reordering. Thus one can crush dosed materials without Flüßigkeitszusatz (which can not liquidiser). Cost point 85.-Euro. The annoying thing is, however, that the same types of cracking disks are provided as already at the Durchlaufschitzler: superfluous. So this optional is not purchased and I use still the Cutter Braun Combimax for crushing without Flüßigkeitszusatz.

Other experiences:
- Meat Grinder: easily, even low-fat chicken breast is fine ground when using semi-frozen meat. Property me the attachment for cookies dazugekauft (18.- Euro) and used for satisfaction. The grater attachment MUZ45SV1 for grating nuts and dried bread I will receive Shortly (28.- Euro).
- Mixer: used for milkshakes with frozen banana in 200 ml milk protein isolate. The banana is crushed Full session and the shake is wonderfully creamy, and it should be.
- The continuous shredder with shredding discs work (grate hard cheese or mince vegetables, etc.) perfectly, I use it almost every day.
- Whisk: used for cream, whisk for mixing fruit compote. These are simple tasks for the machine and be done just fine. Property me the flexible beater to buy for better mixing results with batter (25.- Euro).

In summary:
I am somewhat disappointed can still knead bread dough no maschinal and not put my old Combimax to retire.
