A first headset with default but replaced desuite!

I ordered this "Turtle Beach PX21 EarFirce" and I received it with a manufacturing defect, ie a side on two not working in sound. So I immediately contacted the company "Game" by phone and I could their return, after receipt of a letter from their hand to return the parcel, immediately the headset to receive another nine. Delays very fast with very little waiting and a very nice response when I called, I therefore ignores the fact that the helmet was first received notices on defaulting and new as it is an excellent helmet. Indeed, a very good sound quality, and a very good quality at the micro (no need to have stuck to the mouth to be overheard, captures very well the voice and few sounds around ..) short! A small jewelry I'm glad I bought my boyfriend! So I strongly recommend!
