A fresh breeze for all fans of Catan

It is clear, however, it should be mentioned again anyway: a prerequisite for playing explorers & pirates is the main game. We have the 2010 version of the base game The Settlers of Catan (with plastic figures) and this expansion game is compatible.

Explorers & Pirates (older than 10 years) is very extensive with a large play area, will cost significantly more than the basic game, but is actually a very large expansion for intelligent gameplay. Here strategic thinking is required to fulfill all the missions. Until the game with its 5 scenarios a completely opens, some time goes by. Great for game nights.

Anyone who has a passion for playing Settlers of Catan, is just right with this extension. Will bring again more depth and variety to the game. First reminded explorers and pirates on the extension sailors, but turns out to be quite independent but as with many great new game ideas, exciting challenges and missions to be fulfilled.
