This little accessory is stupid, but really great. Basically, it is only a rasp, but it allows to make long -très- vegetable spaghetti, it allows original and attractive presentations that highlight appetite.
The tool is made from a durable plastic, the blades cut well and everything goes in the dishwasher for easy cleaning, or almost: it must still scratch with a knife stuck to songs in combs, but it is not difficult to access.
For now, I used it with cucumber, carrots, and zucchini. I was a little afraid that the tool is too small for a cucumber, but in fact it goes well .. it is also with cucumber I managed to have the longest spaghetti on my plate.
The price, less than 15, is correct, but I still find it a may expensive for a large pencil sharpeners.
Come on, a small bonus summer recipe: zucchini sobas.
Enter to 6 people:
- 4 courgettes
- Olive oil
- Lemon juice
- Salt / pepper / (garlic)
1. Grate the zucchini
2. cook 8 minutes steam
3. let cool in a bowl
4. refrigerate (at least one hour)
5. Pour the vinaigrette (half olive oil, half lemon, salt, pepper, shaker) at least 20 minutes before serving, stir
6. you can add some garlic cloves before serving.
7. chew ;-)
