We had problems at the start with this device. it delayed 10mn daily.
I made contact with the net with the manufacturer who advised me the following handling and for more than worry.

"You can restore the default settings by disconnecting the device.
Press the programming button (the middle of the three buttons) and hold it down while you switch on the device.
Release the button when the software version number is displayed. Please note this number and send it to me too.
This should get your Bodyclock to its original default and can restore these settings. "
