Have suffered over half a year on a strong Plantar Fasciitis and so bought this track and regularly worn at night.

Positives:
+ Quality workmanship
+ China no plastic smell
+ Ordinary padding
+ Light

Negative / Needs improvement:
- The (sub) padding is not correct to below the click fasteners as tweaks you then sometimes even a bit of a good if you do not pay attention

Who wants to prevent night shorten the tendon too much so that he has start-up problems in the morning, for the rail is well suited. Got used to it quickly, although I am now glad that I no longer need. Of course there are times bruising or rail annoying at night, but that is in the nature of things. Drivers who had a plaster ....!
Healing can not, of course, but it is a (in my opinion) good help.
