A good-looking disaster

Hello There,
I really can not judge whether it has acted as a plagiarism or not. Anyway, I had the impression that the process was so bad that even the first time to mount with a simple test it, all knobs and buttons of my iPhones were scratched properly. I had pulled even claims for damages into consideration.
That being said and after the (unsightly) Installation I unfortunately must conclude that the volume control of iPhone 4S was totally messed up. Every time you have lightly pressed the frame to it to fetch z. B. from his pocket, or even simply to hold in your hand, the volume has been changed on its own as if the device would be totally autonomous.
Also all the acting subsequent fine tuning and testing this phenomenon contrary, had no success. This phenomenon exactly made this frame completely unusable for me. To some extent the device has thus itself as quiet or muted that I missed some calls.
So the processing with sharp edges (risk of scratching) is in itself a disaster but the problem of autonomous volume control make this product totally unnecessary.
Thanks to Amazon and their smooth withdrawal process, I sent it back again and the purchase price was immediately credited me back. Long Live Amazon.
