I have the phone since July 2011. I appreciated it more because of the large keys and large adjustable font. Navigating on the display and the touch function were against pretty hakelig from the outset. Especially scrolling in lists did not work very well because / was often started on the next wiping instead continue to scroll, the lying just below the finger entry opens. But that all changed for the better, when I updated the firmware when synchronizing with Nokia Suite two weeks ago. The display now responds almost iPhone-like. This was a considerable work unit from the bumpkin. From other described here quality or reliability problems, I can not tell. The device looks like new after a year out.
