For SMS, it's a little more complicated, because for example if you write a first name, the predictive dictionary does not recognize names entered in the directory. Moreover, we can not add terms / words to the dictionary, so it will always reject the first name that you want to enter. The only possibility is to temporarily switch to disable the predictive dictionary, but suddenly it's not so simple for an elderly person.
The "EMERGENCY" button that lets you send an SMS or call someone in case of problems is too sensitive. How many times we have been alerted by mistake because the phone gave my dad off an alarm because he was in a pocket and the button was pressed. Now there is very careful, but it's a shame because each new call results in "ah, still a problem with the emergency button phone Daddy ...". So, we tend to be less vigilant.
Note however, that it is possible to configure the support 3 times simultaneously for this to trigger an alarm, so fewer false alarms. However, I fear that in case of a problem or you can not remember to do several consecutive supports, whether we be unable to do several consecutive supports (and together).
However, if you realize that a false alarm is triggered, it can completely cancel the call and the current SMS (my dad often do not realize, or else the time that it opens the phone to cancel the outgoing call, it's already too late ...)
Conclusion: 4 stars
