Very pleasant I feel that the color temperature and brightness levels are individually adjustable. it has the 7 stages dimmable and at the highest level it is really bright, and very low power consumption. No flickering, no humming and lots of natural light in a pleasant color for desk work. The USB port on the back of the lamp stand is very convenient for charging iPhone, iPad. is very good.
