The book is great processed, easily accessible and it's fun to scroll through it and read. It is divided into three major areas, an area about service design, a range of methods of service design and Case Studies. Especially the many case studies are very helpful and you really get a great and professional insight into the box. The only complaint, which is why I give only 4 stars, is that the proposed methods are described very briefly and superficially and background information are missing. For beginners, these texts would probably not be sufficient to employ a method successfully. Apart from the book, however, is very well done.
