I really liked this book.I liked the way It Was Written as not simply a factual account of the strain and sport, goal of the thoughts, the nature and food ideas in it. I would recommend it to anyone who is thinking of running, getting into gold trails and ultra marathons, gold is simply looking at Some first person experiences on a plant-based nutrition, both, to live and perform better. Good recipes and meal ideas as well througout have little training tips.
