The 80/10/10 diet is based on the "China Study", the hitherto highest quality (6500Leute, 65Regionen China), the longest (27 years) and most comprehensive nutritional study. I have a summary of book
read one of the top scientists of the study, and I have to say: There is nothing comparable to this high scientific level. With this opinion, I am not alone, the study
was praised by scientists worldwide to the skies.

"The 80/10/10 Diet" is based on the findings of this study. 80/10/10 is 80% carbohydrates, 10% protein, 10% fat. This ratio of macronutrients are scientifically proven the healthiest and no matter what you eat, the relationship is true for any diet.

The book is based not only on this comprehensive study, but is peppered with footnotes. He logically explained for what the author masse found impressive scientific studies. He can not prove with 100% certainty that his 30-year diet works. But how much scientific conclusive evidence he has collected astonishing allow the functionality of his diet for quite possible to appear. The simplicity to put his logical reasoning factual paints a convincing picture of what actually everyone who has read the book will stimulate strong food for thought.

The author explains in his book how to change his diet slowly and with a comfortable pace and why you should do it. He describes how it is possible to feed exclusively of sweet fruit and salad and this very successfully with joy for the rest of life.

He puts an end to many misconceptions. Most data people believe yes fruits would only consist of vitamins. Oh my God, how can you know so little about the food chemistry ????

You have to eat it just enough. Since fruits consist of 80-90% water and we have stomachs that are low stretchable (because we eat small meals with a little liquid and high calorie concentration), it will shock you how much 1-3kg per meal. I can without problems these amounts eat day after day. 2 meals a day, depending 1000-1500 calories.

Since fruits certain minerals, chlorophyll (leaf green), phytochemicals lacking insufficient a pure fruit diet and pleasantly sweet / salty-tasting salads and vegetables may not be missing. One pound / day of it should make sure in any case the supply.

I eat 4-6kg a day and it works well. When one purifies his body first, these amounts are a breeze, since it is 85% water. Only 750g is solid, carbohydrates, fiber, fat and protein + Micro Nutrients

And why this works so awesome, is paired in the book on the basis of logic explained with impressive scientific findings.

A brilliantly written book with no frills with an impressive ease of argumentation.
