It is seeking a pity indeed this book is not available in German, since this book has so much to offer to all overweight people, even for German-speaking. I am still in my second non-diet-week and I am feeling great. Though I still have heavy prejudices Whether Paul's advises will work or not, deep in my heart I know, this is the only way to lose weight and to keep it off forever.
