- At the indicated dosage of Shake is quite thick, sometimes barely drinkable straightforward. Let stand for something that is improving but (equal to more). I do out of necessity, sometimes a virtue: A little dose and you've got a very proteinaceous chocolate pudding. No joke, and for me a pleasant surprise.
- It is advisable in general - whether with milk or water - to wait for the preparation a little drinking (or spoons). With a little time to draw the feeling of the protein contained slightly sandy and the Shake creates is clearly velvety and round. Let stand, a few minutes are sufficient for a significant improvement.
- Taste the stuff is so-so to very fine. My solution for a much better taste: Just one teaspoon baking cocoa (I recommend Bensdorp cocoa) per 30g powder to give. The calorie difference is minimal, but the flavor gain enormously. The shake tastes by far less artificial and pleasant chocolaty. Depends on my mood I give sometimes more cocoa added, then sweet but after (whether with sugar or sweetener is any left to itself; it tastes both Because I'm not a fan of calorie deficiency or exaggerated avoidance of carbohydrates, I take a little sugar.).
All in all, I recommend this powder very, especially since it can be upgraded very easily and therefore may go down as enjoyable part in the diet.
