What works well:
- Sensors and overview of moisture, fertilizer and brightness values
- Basic and handling facility
- Beautiful iPhone App
What is less good or bad:
- Too expensive. If they would only cost half or less, then I would equip all my flowers so. At the current price is not possible for me and I'm not willing. So I put them only in my most important or most difficult plants.
- The radio range is too low, through a window go with full batteries only about 2 feet, if at all.
- The app must query each stick individually, and lasts 5-10 seconds. Because there is no automatic query (if only for lack of coverage), you have to run around and query individually, which costs time and reduces the benefits of automatic. Therefore, it would be great if there was a sort of "hub-stick" would that automatically retrieves and will update the Parrot cloud, so that the app always have all current values immediately.
- The plant database is still a bit thin, some not included.
- The support seems meager, have ever asked there and never received an answer.
Too Bad. A great product idea, but it still lacks the maturity ... that's why two star deduction
