Corsair makes the K65 many things right but also a crucial point wrong, which is why it gets 3 out of 5 stars. Features I really like: + Brushed aluminum housing, upper part, which looks noble, is easy to clean and simultaneously serves as a metal plate for the Cherry MX Red switches + Ten-Key-Less (no number pad) design, whereby the keyboard is very mobile and space-saving on the desktop + Detachable and braided with textile USB cable, which securely holds the cable routing. + Extra multimedia keys for "louder", "softer", "mute" and "win-Key deactivation" What's more neutral: o plastic lower part, because aluminum would have been fancier and more stable, which would have probably exceeded the price What I like not at all: - Cheapest keycaps made of very thin with ABS pad Printed- (letters are printed) method. What would not be a tragedy continue to be able to replace the keycaps (What makes the attraction for many at a mechanical keyboard because you can personalize them in no time), only Corsair has built too large a space bar, which one so good for this key as no replacement keycaps found. The CTRL, ALT, WIN, ETC have - buttons a shape beyond any standards, but it can be found at least spare caps.
Conclusion: The K65 of Corsair was unbeatable among TKL Mechas with its aluminum housing and the high quality of workmanship, but with the key caps and their special shape it shoots up into the air for every modder who wants to personalize his keyboard. Who the cheap keycaps not mind and the keyboard so like how it is, I can only recommend to buy. Everyone else should wait and see if Corsair perhaps there might still nachbessert.
