This post I have set in almost identical terms the SR-05 BT because of portability.
**** Look & feel ****
It looks even schnuffiger real look as in the pictures. The finish is classy, clean and run the housing, switches and buttons feel very valuable. For the size it brings for newfangled appliances rather unusual weight on the scale, which gives the device a good stability and very good sound characteristics (see below).
**** **** Commissioning
It uses intuitive, or by itself, that is after the first turning takes place a search, occupying the station keys to the transmitters found. The SR-5 (FM only) took stations, of which I did not know that you can receive from us. The FM part I can therefore exhibit a very good report. That of all the favorite channels has always been a bit noisy, recalled the good old days and somehow fit the retro look, but quite as far as I wanted then did not go (see above). The DAB + receiver found all the channels that can be found here (I have the station table with the reception list compared) and brings it all crystal clear, with no established antenna. What visually underlines the retro look (I do not no tube radio with rod antenna that protrudes from the device).
**** Service ****
There is a remote control that operates all functions. What I personally, however, extraordinarily like: I can operate the radio without any problems without remote control. All necessary buttons and switches are - labeled sense - available.
The display has two lines and easy to read, a long text scrolls by.
There is a configuration menu, which I have honestly not continue to be employed me, because as for me, I had to configure anything yet. There are, inter alia, alarms, set among others.
**** Sound ****
Since it has sat down honestly. An apparently carefully gerechnetes vented enclosures combined with the solid construction make the unit a sound sensation. Depth, surprisingly strong and dry bass, differentiated heights, highly detailed reproduction. By design, the advertised stereo sound naturally do not work, possibly when about 10cm placed his head in front of the device (at the top of the imaginary triangle between the speakers and the head). However, this is academic, because I have not bought any hi-fi, but a radio. Even at higher volumes it sounds good if what rattles, then there are the things on the shelf, on which it stands. I have not driven out of consideration for my ears and the neighbors to the extreme, I suspect that somewhere there is a limit. For sound, melodious sound in the kitchen, it is sufficient in any case easily. In both quieter and louder at play.
The tone control is a little tricky, manual reading (see below) is worthwhile. The sound is in all sources (DAB +, Bluetooth, FM, USB *) comparable impressively well.

**** **** Bluetooth
The pairing is super convenient and easy, at least my two devices can be tested via remote control and buttons directly on the radio control (forward, backward, pause, etc.). For me perfectly adequate.
**** **** USB
The pleasant surprise. In the description only mentions that one can thus charge their devices. But a USB flash drive is detected promptly, folder also contained thereon. The hintereinanderweg be played. The newly purchased from Amazon album can therefore be listened easily via USB stick. It lacks options, jump in a targeted manner in a folder, etc. but there is anyway more than lt. Description assurance is any complaint in this direction inappropriately.
That the USB port is on the unit rear, the optical benefits. Anyone wanting to use the port regularly, you should get (my recommendation) an extension cord with right angle plug. Then, the radio is not so far away from the wall and does not have to be moved every time.
**** The Instruction ****
If you can, if necessary, prefer the English version. The German section is good of course, but there are paragraphs, who, depending on perspective high entertainment value or high frustration potential:
"Please long press the numeric buttons to save 0-9 only to save more than 10 stations, please refer to the below operations."

**** Conclusion ****
In my case, the few euros are well invested more for DAB +. The FM reception is not very good, but it's just FM. On the one hand it has the advantage of being in any case can tune in a station and hears something possibly just a bit noisy on the other hand is the listening experience crackle a great thing when the desired station is offered in DAB + subjects, which is not the for diverse, in particular private, case. Anyone toying with DAB +, therefore should look first if the transmitter is mainly belonged at all in their own reception area via DAB + broadcast.
