The Arran Single Malt 10 Years exudes a fruity fragrance. The first sip comes first with a sharp touch alcohol around the corner, which quickly a sweet fruity taste, with hints of vanilla, honey and oak flavor gives way. For me personally this sweetness is overkill. This penetrating track also has a long sweet aftertaste. Unfortunately not my thing - this rating is of course purely subjective and purely in literally a matter of taste ... May be due to my absolute favorite the Lagavulin 16 Years is. But these two whiskeys compare is also more of a comparison as between apples and pears ...
