The Web browser is very fast and really fun!
The z10 makes very good photos and the touch keyboard works very well.
The sound is great as it did in the older BlackBerries.

I use balance. Professional and personal data are thus separated.

The battery could last longer. As it is probably a problem with all modern smartphones.
