Leaves me the same impression as Doctor Sleep. A beautiful well-oiled machine, a novel that stands well, mastered ... but still it lacks the little madness which is capable Stephen King and making it a master of the genre. Without revealing the plot, the characters are well drawn but after all, very classic and the bad guy is not the stuff of a Hannibal Lecter. Yet it was the opportunity to S. King to give us his personal vision of a serial killer, since it opens with this novel, a parenthesis in the fantasy to address the thriller. That said, we pass a good time. (PS I began Revival and I have a feeling that this is a very good vintage! (Reminded me of a mixture of Pet Sematary and IT ... more!)
