So I devoured the story of Katniss, who lives in a world between "1984" by George Orwell and "Marche ou Crève" Stephen King: in a totalitarian society, the government pulls every year 24 children (between 12 and 18) draw for they are killing in a televised game and binding. Katniss, heroin, volunteered to replace her younger sister 12 who had been selected.
The story is urgent, rapid panting suspense is there, even if we doubt that Katniss will come out, one wonders which of his companions will be saved and how. The death of some of these children comes as a shock, and inventiveness of the author is appreciable. I just started the second volume, we find the same tone, the same tension, the same urgency, a real pleasure! To read, then!
