JK Rowling alternates between humor, action, feelings, turnaround situations, tragic deaths brilliantly - or should I say magic. It takes us a new - and last - time far from our world, to that of our dear Harry Potter, trying somehow to understand what he is supposed to do, what is its place, what is its role in this battle in which it is intended, and that threatens him and all his relatives.
The book held me spellbound, made my heart beat wildly, made me laugh and cry too ... difficult to see some of our favorite characters leave us, almost as much as to finish the last pages of the book and having to accept that the story ends there.
It is easy to understand why "Deathly Hallows" is one of the favorites volumes of JK Rowling, this book is not only the culmination of 17 years of writing, but especially the culmination of Harry's adventures, Ron, Hermione, and all other . It all makes sense, everything binds and crosses, everything is resolved, not without pain or difficulty. But the epilogue ends, according to me, the book and the series on a touch of perfection. All these efforts, these losses, these moments of despair disappear, and in the end only the best triumph ... as a tribute to Dumbledore, who kept repeating that the greatest power was love, something that Voldemort could not understand.
But what I want to pay tribute, having finished the book there are few hours, is the power, the magic of JK Rowling, who makes us love these characters so long, and which closes their adventures with perfection and masterfully.
Thank you for the years of dreams.
