I have not read this book, I listened to audio-book. Precisely because it is easy to follow! The author simply discusses all philosophical theories about happiness. Two author quotes "for what is expected to live, life happens. "(Seneca) "The paradise is where I am. "(Voltaire) Remember: Happiness is subjective (as individuals, their expectations) and it is contagious, like unhappiness. Being happy contributes to the happiness of others. Finally, F.Lenoir advice: do not set goals too high, but inaccessible graduate, trying to hit them in stages, knowing sometimes let go and accept life's failures.
